		<description>You should try a fried turkey.  I was a little skeptical until I tried it.  Anything fried of course adds to the calories, much like your gravy.  It is something you should really look into when having thanksgiving this year.  Have a great turkey day!</description>

They&#039;re better than the Butterball type, because they&#039;re not injected with any bizarre &quot;flavorings.&quot; They do have pinfeathers, which I find mildly objectionable...but nowhere near as objectionable as fake &quot;butter&quot; gunk. And they&#039;re much less expensive than fancy heirlooms.</description>

		<description>Alas, we are going with brined turkey this year, couldn&#039;t afford the heirloom turkey...I hate grocery store turkey, so tasteless, but the kids push On Tradition.  Thanks for the tip on pointing up canned gravy with red wine, I&#039;ll try it this year.</description>
