		<description>Hey I got one of those notices from American Express too!  I was a little miffed that it wasn&#039;t nearly as friendly as dozens of other communiques they&#039;ve sent in the past.  O AmEx, how times have changed. 

I know not all are this fortunate, but I can shrug because I pay on time and in full (uh, NORMALLY!) in this instance.  It still feels like a slippery slope, though: the more they get away with, the ... more they will get away with.</description>
