I have done “almost” the same thing. We too have a Meyer Lemon Tree and last ear I juiced most of the lemons. I froze the juice in ice cube trays, I had 6 trays of frozen juice! Talk about being spoiled! lol I just ran out last month. I had not thought of adding seltzer water to the lemonade, what a GREAT idea! I’ll remember to do that this time round.

@ Traci: Well, this stuff has plenty of sugar, too: 1/6 of a cup per tall glassful. But at least you know how much it contains, and you have the choice of using less or more, as you prefer.

This sounds really refreshing. I love the frozen lemonade that Dunkin Donuts sells but it doesn’t fizz and it’s probably loaded with sugar. I think I’ll try this instead.
