		<description>It certainly would be handy, but I wouldn&#039;t want to be TOO close - maybe a few blocks? Traffic alone would deter me, and now that you say theft and breakins also go up, well, that&#039;s pretty compelling.</description>

Living that close to Walmart is a giant wild card.  It&#039;s good to hear stories from people who live close by one, because that&#039;s about the only way one would know what it&#039;s like.  At the same time though, I wonder whether the people who would speak up would have a bias one way or the other.  Your response sounds well-rounded, but I imagine there would also be many responses that are strongly biased or have other underlying motives.

Thanks for sharing your take on it.  We haven&#039;t put a contract down yet but we&#039;ll need to think about Walmart now that we know about the development.</description>
