Oh boy, I was just perusing the ads and wondering if I should venture to buy some scallops and here you are with a link to a recipe! Here’s the oddity: I’ve grown up eating cilantro but disdaining it because I don’t think it tastes like anything. Do you think it’s worth including in recipes?

@ Revanche: I love cilantro, myself. I expect you could substitute Italian flat-leafed parsley. It’s stronger than the curly-leafed variant, and in fact when the weather gets warm it seems to develop an even more distinctive flavor.

Funny About Money,

Thanks for including my post here. . .and by the way, I love this kind of thing because I always find something new. Like the ‘Make it from Scratch Carnival.’ I’d never heard of that but it sounds really fun.
