Discord, indeed…

PBS is holding forth about the discord and…dysphagia going on at the Democratic convention.

Remember that malign computer on Star Trek that was foiled when our heroes fed it mutually exclusive data? It melted down in helpless electronic cries of “Does not compute! Does not compute!

That’s would be me right now.

Oh, God. What happens when you find yourself agreeing with {choke! gagggggg!} Ted Cruz to “vote your conscience”?

How many people are not going to vote for Hillary Clinton over this Sanders scandal? I’m going to find it very hard to do so, and my feeling about politics is pure pragmatism. Whatever causes the least harm, let’s do that.

But dayum! Is there a “least harm”?

Good discussion on the PBS Evening News about the behavior of the Russians (this is not the first time they’ve been caught with their sticky hands in the post). Evidently Putin is manipulating, hoping to cause trouble for Clinton and help elect Trump.

Ohhhkay. If you can’t vote for Clinton, forgodsake vote agin’ Trump.

  1. The “common denominator” in many Democratic political shenanigans? The Clintons….Some would even say Hilary “stole” the nomination. I don’t know if corruption is a strong enough word and IMHO it makes a mockery of the whole nomination process for the Democrats. Bernie Sanders should be furious…On the other hand the Republicans did “let the cards fall where they may” and Mr. Trump IS the candidate. As time goes by to me any way Trump seems to be getting stronger …. more confident…..more comfortable…..even….more Presidential. Hilary on the other hand seems agitated and as I watched her interview for 60 Minutes….. it didn’t take long for her to go into a diatribe about how she feels she is being treated unfairly and that there is a “double standard”…..Poor Hilary…..Get your popcorn….the debates with Trump and Hilary should be a “hoot”…..

  2. Hmmmm….It seems some are saying the Russians brought these e-mails to light…I wonder if Hilary’s habit of using the “non-secure” devices has come back to bite her and her staff. A bit scary IMHO if the Russians have the ability intercept sensitive communications between participants in the democratic process. Maybe Berinie still has a shot…..
